Shipping
Orders ship the next business day after receiving it.
Items up to 40 lbs ship via UPS Ground. Freight service is used for items over 40 lbs. Visit the shipping guide for more information.
Prices include standard shipping via common carrier in Canada. Curbside delivery*, signature required. Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate additional fees.
We do not usually offer the possibility of picking up at the warehouse. However, we are prepared to consider the possibility.
The delivery time varies from 2 to 3 weeks after we receive the order.
Please note any damage to the item or packaging on the delivery receipt and contact us.
We do not usually offer expedited shipping. However, we are willing to discuss it with you. Please note that because of the size of our items, expedited shipping can be expensive.
Yes, the tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped.
Items shipped via UPS Standard will be delivered to your door without notice. For “Curbside delivery” items shipped by freight, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

We will process the refund upon receipt of the goods. Once we issue the credit, it takes between 3 to 5 business days for it to appear on your transaction record.
You can modify or cancel your before it ships. Since orders are shipped the next business day, you must contact our customer service promptly.
Product Care Information
For items with removable cushion covers, they are machine washable in cold water. You must hang them or dry them flat.
You can use a non-abrasive cloth or sponge and warm, soapy water for spot cleaning.
The fabrics used for making the cushions have water-repellent properties, but are not waterproof. We recommend avoiding exposing them to rain.
All our items are made to withstand the elements. However, we recommend storing or covering the cushions during rainy periods.
We strongly recommend the use of protective covers or a storage box to protect the cushions from rain, dirt and small animals.
