Return Policy
By placing an order on this web site, you indicate that you have read and agree to the following return policies and conditions.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, return it within 90 days, and we'll refund the cost of the item for a full refund. You must return items in new or unused condition.
You must return the product through a carrier authorized by Sirio Canada. We will set up a pickup window at your convenience.
Please contact Sirio Canada at 1 (866) 666-0421 option 2 or support@sirio.ca for issuing a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and arrange a return pick up. Every return requires a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
All returns must include the following to get a full refund:
- Original packaging (manufacturer's box, polystyrene, plastic bags, etc.)
- a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- The return must be complete and must include all accessories.
- Manufacturer's documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)
Taxes:
Sales taxes are applied at the applicable rate in the destination province.
